Michael is the author of nine acclaimed nonfiction children’s books, including the popular Let’s Explore series and the newly released Let’s Explore Manatees.

Through his books and his highly engaging school author visits, he has inspired more than 500,000 students across 28 states to develop a deeper appreciation for nature and a passion for reading, writing, and conservation.

Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Michael continues to create stunning imagery both above and below the water while sharing his love of the natural world with audiences of all ages.
